What does the availability status mean?
In Stock: The product is currently available, and normally ships within 1 week. Due to the high volume of orders in November and December, in stock items may ship within 2 weeks. Please note that products do not ship on Sundays, or major U.S. holidays.
Out of Stock/Backorder: The product is not immediately available, but is on order with the supplier, and will be shipped to you as soon as possible. You will not be charged extra for ordering an item on backorder.
Will I be charged sales tax?
We are based in California and therefore charge sales tax on orders shipping to California. Note that you may be subject to Use Tax on items you order from our Site for other states, and this may vary with different states. If you are a tax exempt organization purchasing from us for tax exempt purposes, please contact us at “email@example.com” for assistance. An International order may be subject to VAT.
Will I have to pay customs fees on my international order?
Orders shipped outside of the U.S. may be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when they arrive. You might be contacted by your local customs office concerning payment of customs fees, or to receive final delivery of your order. 4DE does not collect these fees and has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs laws and fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. Also, because we are a retailer, we are not able to mark orders as Gifts for customers in order to avoid paying these fees.
All prices listed on our website are in U.S. Dollars. We accept credit card payments through PayPal.
You may also make payment by personal check, certified check, or money order.
U.S. currency is preferred, but if that is not a possible option, the equivalent value in foreign currency may be acceptable. Foreign currency may be subject to fluctuation and therefore the amount you send us may not cover the price, and an additional funds exchange fee may be added to such orders.
For mailed payments, please contact “firstname.lastname@example.org” for assistance. Please do not send cash through the mail. Also, please note that payments mailed to us require a significantly longer processing time than those placed online on our website.

How do I pay?/How do I use PayPal?
To pay using PayPal, you can use an established PayPal account, or simply pay using your credit card in PayPal’s checkout service.
To place your order using PayPal, select the items you wish to purchase, proceed to checkout, and fill out your billing/shipping information. Select PayPal as the payment method. This will direct you to the PayPal website. You will need to log in to your PayPal account. Follow the instructions on the PayPal website to process your payment. Once you confirm and finalize payment on the PayPal website, you will be redirected back to the 4DE website, and you will be shown the confirmation of your order.
Please note that if you are paying with PayPal, you will not be able to cancel your own order from the Order Management page. If you need to cancel your order, and it has not yet shipped, please contact us at “email@example.com” for assistance.
What's your order cancellation policy?
Unless stated in writing otherwise, all fees and charges are nonrefundable.
Orders placed using PayPal cannot be canceled from our website. If you need to cancel or change an order, please contact us within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. No cancellations will be accepted if not emailed within the times mentioned herein; this time is mandatory.
Please note that we strive to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, once the order has been processed, neither you nor our customer service staff will be able to cancel it. If your order has begun processing, it can no longer be canceled. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be canceled after an order has been submitted. Also, once an order is canceled, it cannot be recovered.
Also, to minimize your shipping time and shipping cost, please try to purchase all desired items in one purchase, rather than making multiple purchases in succession.
Please be absolutely certain about your order before finalizing your purchase.
Do you offer discounts for ordering in bulk?
We can offer discounts for high quantity orders. If you would like a quote, please contact “email@example.com” and tell us what product(s) you are interested in and the quantity you would like. Also, please specify the date that you need to have the product(s).
Do you have a catalog/newsletter?
At your request, we can send you information containing some of the available items we have at 4DE. You would need to visit our site to view our full selection of products though!
Do you have contests?
Yes, we do! We may have holiday-related or event-related contests for everyone to participate in, such as multi-media art contests or t-shirt designing. Winners receive a cash prize or in store credit, as specified in the rules of each contest. We love seeing entries, so join in on the creative fun!
